"The overall atmosphere and our room were excellent. The lobby was festive and the new lobby bar, although crowded, is a great addition. The only complaint is the parking. It is expensive (nearly $100 overnight), it takes forever to get your car, and the people who run it are arrogant and rude (a change from the rest of the staff at the hotel)."

"The staff was wonderful. We were able to get our room before check-in time, so we didn’t have to store our luggage. The room was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The specialty coffee machine and complimentary cookies were greatly appreciated too! Thanks for a super getaway! "

"I love the breakfast and the rooms are clean and roomy. I am not a Fisherman's wharf fan but love to walk and you can get down to the water quickly and walk to the Marina or the Bridge. Or you can easily walk to North Beach, Chinatown or down around the piers. "
