「The hotel facilities were seriously damaged. My room lock doesn't work. After the receptionist on the 12th morning opened the door of the room, she told me not to close the door again. I asked her how i can go out, and she had a bad attitude and was rude, and refused to open the door for me again. 「The location was incredible, 50 yards from Jackson Square in the heart of French Quarter. The hotel is a converted school which was the first school in the city. It had on site parking which was a plus, and let us park until 2pm after checkout. The staff was a happy friendly group. Stew gave us all kind advice on music venues and places to eat.
