The house was clean, minus a couple small hairs in one of the beds. The host was very nice when I met them at the property but communication before our stay was a nightmare. We booked the stay in March & our stay was in September. About a month before our trip I messaged to make sure all was good with our stay and heard nothing back. I then messaged again a week before our trip asking about check-in information. The only response I got was at 1am saying “check-in information will be given day of check-in.” I thought fine, I can deal with that. The day of check in I hadn’t heard anything. We drove from Mississippi & when we were about 2 hours away I messaged again asking, because again we were only 2 hours away. I only got a message back with the door code. When we got to the house the host was there waiting to tell us that the A/C was broken and the rules of the house were given verbally. We were staying for a music festival in the heat so the one thing any of really wanted was A/C. But everyday when we got back to the house around midnight it was 80 degrees. Six hot people in a house with a broken A/C was not a good time. Then to top it off, we had to be out of the house at 11am on check out day. At 9am I still hadn’t gotten any check-out information. I had to message the host to get the check-out information. Overall, the house is decent for what you pay for it. But, there was no A/C and the host doesn’t communicate at all about important information.
