Great stay

I loved the location and things were comfortable.

We stayed 12 nights with 6 guests and had multiple unresolved issues. The dishwasher never worked, despite promises from the host to send maintenance (they never did). Cooking for 6 people every day, doing dishes by hand the entire trip was very frustrating and not planned for. Worse, the upstairs AC unit leaked through the ceiling onto the kitchen floor, making it slippery and unsafe. The host again said help was coming—no one showed. My husband had to scoop water out himself to stop the leak.We also found filthy mattresses, a broken toaster, and doorknobs falling off. When we contacted the host about a family emergency right after booking, there was zero sympathy or flexibility on shortening our stay. I understand things happen, but when the host does nothing to address the issues—and offers no compensation—it crosses the line from inconvenient to unacceptableWe’ve stayed in many Vrbos—this was by far our worst experience. Would not book again.
