Excellent villa

We had a great break here. The villa is beautiful, really large which the photos don’t do justice. So much space and everything in great condition. We thought it would be nice from the listing, in reality it exceeded our expectations. A short drive to Villamoura and the marina with lots of great restaurants. We’ve had a really relaxing time. We will definitely book to come back here again.

Totalmente recomendable. Nosotros sin duda repetiremos.

Lovely villa, everything you need for a chilled week in the Algarve

Beautiful villa in a quiet location. Very spacious for just me and my partner but would easily house 6. Would recommend a car as we used it most days when we weren’t around the pool. Supermarkets/restaurants/beaches aren’t walkable and does require car/taxi. The address given to us upon booking took us 45 minutes north to which we were then given the correct address, not a great start as there was quite a language barrier. The house is very very minimalist, no basic products like cleaning products and cloths to wipe surfaces. A dishwasher tablet, coffee pod and olive oil would be a nice touch, or even just some kitchen roll! The house is very modern and comfortable to live in. The outside pool, kitchen and sitting area is great in the evenings. Vilamoura and beaches 10 minutes drive. Lidl/Aldi 5 minutes drive. Loved our stay, would highly recommend to stay here and I’m sure we would be back!

5 star Villa, with communication problems.

We are an English family who booked this villa in February 2015, our deposit was acknowledged but despite numerous email we received no response to our inquiries. We got the demand for final payment 7 days before travel. We were unsure if we should pay or not but with the shortage of time we decided to risk it. 48 hours before travel we were told we would be met at the airport. Once we arrived we found that language was the issue. The villa was extremely clean and spacious, with an abundance of storage space in all bedrooms. The pool is spacious and kept very clean. The property has electric gates and a double garage where our cars were kept safe and cool. The owners were very responsive to all our requests when we could make ourselves understood. We are not proud to say that we only speak English, but this made the process stressful and difficult at times. They told us that French is a better language for them. If you can be patient with the booking process you will not be disappointed with the Villa or service there. If communications were better this would truly be a 5 star experience.

Belle location, bonne situation!

Perfect Location

The villa was ideally situated to visit the Algarve (sight seeing/restaurants/shopping); you do need a car to get about. The villa itself is lovely and has everything one needs to have a comfortable stay. The house was very clean, light and spacious. The surrounding area has lovely walks; we used google maps. The area is very quiet; no road traffic, quiet neighbors. You will occasionally hear the neighboring dogs when being taken out. Rui replied to our queries quickly. Definitely a place to return too.
