Needs updating and maintenance
The house is not of a high standard. Tiles in pool have come off and is dangerous to cut feet on. Air conditioning in bedroom pours with water when turned on, plastic sheets on beds. Equipment all very old, iron is cheap and doesn’t work well. No soap, washing liquid etc so have to purchase everything. No pool towels, towels for bathrooms small and flimsy. Not the standard of villa expected in this area. WiFi was terrible and only works occasionally. Cheap plastic outside table which wobbles, clothes dryer falling apart. Maintenance needed, painting, tiling outside with cracks everywhere, security system box fallen off the wall.
