- Miniature Donkeys and/or llamas & alpacas roam free on the ranch! Guests are welcome to pet them knowing that donkeys and alpacas/llamas can kick and/or bite and caution should be used any time you approach an unknown animal. Do not allow children to interact unsupervised or in a loud or unruly fashion at any time and absolutely no chasing of any animals at any time.
**Booking Information:**
- 💳 Only pay for the guests you actually have on the property.
- 🏠 Base nightly rate includes the first 5 guests.
- ➕ Additional charge per person per night for extra guests (up to 15 max) - no unregistered guests.
- 📅 Direct bookings through our website or email have priority on available dates in the future.

**Key Booking Requirements:**
- 📝 Electronically sign the Short Term Rental agreement within 12 hours.
- 📷 Upload a government-issued photo ID matching the booking name within 12 hours.
- 📋 Provide a registered guest list; only registered guests are permitted through the entrance gate.
- 💰 Submit a refundable Security Deposit of $750 before check-in.
- 📍 Local guests must specify the purpose of their stay before booking.
- 🚫 No day guests, unregistered visitors, or local family/friends to stop by due to the nature of the gated estate. Anyone that would like to be on the property at any time must be a Registered Guest, regardless of if they plan to spend the night or not due to the nature of the private ranch. Having unregistered guests to the property during your stay is a violation of the rental agreement and will result in termination of your stay without refund. 🛑
**Cancellation Policy:**
- ❌ Refunds are not offered for cancellations or date changes. Trip insurance is recommended.

- 📹 Exterior cameras operate on the estate 24/7 for security purposes and to keep an eye on all areas the animals are able to roam - please keep in mind this is a guest home on a private personal ranch. These are frequently audited by o ur security team and the staff at the ranch for safety and security of property owners, guests and animals. Guests may not disable or tamper with at any time or for any reason. Tamper with these cameras are grounds for immediate removal from the property.
