Vacation Rental Condo

This unique Island of 37 square miles is divided in two separate distinctive country's and has the best of both world has to offer where French and Dutch enjoy a blend of wonderful people, beaches, casinos, duty free shopping and gourmet food and many more.


Situated at the threshold of the Princess Juliana International Airport and ideally located in the heart of the nightlife at the Maho Village; this secluded vacation rental is where all the buzz and excitement happens within its wide range of boutiques, jewelry stores, restaurants, casinos and a variety of night entertainments all within a short walk of La Terrasse.


Within walking distance you can spend the day at the beach which is steps away from the famous Sunset Beach Bar relaxing, reading a book, Golfing or simply looking at the beautiful site of Aircraft's on approach to landing at the threshold of Princess Juliana Airport.

As the evening settles in; you can enjoy dinner at any of the restaurants of your choice in the area or try your luck at the Royal Casino situated next door.

This secluded, quiet unit offers 24-hour security. We would appreciate it if you do not smoke inside the rooms; Kindly smoke outside the rooms and on the balconies. Sorry, pets are not allowed.

Stunning Condo and Location - Don't miss out!

Wow, we had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Roger's condo! It was our first time staying there, and we couldn't have been luckier - the condo had just been renovated and it was absolutely stunning. Every detail had been thought of and the result was breathtaking. We were also lucky enough to meet Roger during our stay, and he was just wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. When we mentioned that we were missing an ironing board, he had one delivered to the front desk for us the very next day! His responsiveness and willingness to accommodate us was truly impressive. The view from the condo was absolutely breathtaking - we couldn't get enough of it! And the pool was just beautiful. The property and gardens were so well-maintained, it was clear that a lot of care and attention had been put into them. We felt so relaxed and at ease during our stay - it was truly a stress-free vacation. Overall, we can't recommend La Teresse enough. If you're looking for a place to stay where you can truly unwind and enjoy yourself, this is the place to be. Thank you so much, Roger, for making our stay so memorable and enjoyable!

Great Experience

Room had an amazing location and an amazing view. Less than 2 minutes walk to Maho Beach, food, and shopping. Pictures and descriptions of the listing match perfectly to what is offered. Free WiFi also was great. Everything went very smoothly staying at Rodger’s condo at La Terrasse.

Perfect stay

The location was just what we were looking for. The room was very clean and cool. We could not have found a better place to stay. The observation deck was a really nice place to see planes land.

Wonderful Stay that saved our vacation

We had so many problems with Airlines and Airports, but our stay at La Terrasse and Sint Maarten was a saving grace. Nothing but good and positive. I'm a little late on our review since I lost my purse at Miami airport and we missed out flight home. But my purse was found and turned in and our stay at La Terrasse was so peaceful and good that it helped me survive the bad stuff at the airports. Our Host was extremely attentive and helpful and we would love to stay there again!

Great location

The check in was so easy. Roger was very quick to provide all the needed info to make it seamless. The staff is so friendly and helpful. The condo had everything needed plus more than expected. It was clean and had plenty of all the essentials like towels. toiletries..etc. The A/C and internet worked great also. And the location.....right next to all the action at Maho Beach. So many great restaurants, walk to beaches..Maho and Mullet Bay, a market that has everything and of course some of the best beach bars especially to view the planes landing and taking off. I will definitely be back again soon!!

Wonderful Vacation

Roger is an excellent host and his property is fantastic! We had the best time on our vacation. Roger is quick and easy to communicate with, was always available when we needed to ask a question. His property is in the best location with restaurants, shops and nightlife and a grocery store all at your doorstep. The condo is furnished beautifully, the air conditioning works very well, the king sized bed is super comfortable, there are plenty of fresh towels, the shower pressure is amazing, all the appliances work and the view from the balcony is gorgeous. We enjoyed the massive pool at the complex, never had a problem getting a pool chaise and the parking underneath the building makes it easy for those who rent a car. 100% would love to stay here again, all the comforts of home yet in paradise. Roger made our vacation one to remember!

LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. This property is in the perfect location! Super close to the airport and close to restaurants, shopping and beaches. Pure convenience: covid testing right downstairs, next door to a casino, atv rentals right outside, taxis right outside, literally every thing you need is right here. It has a really good view of the courtyard, pool, and airport landing. Room is cute and has all necessities needed for your stay, the only downside is that the room is in need of a deep cleaning. Loved the quantity of towels in the bathroom!!! I would definitely recommend Roger's place to anyone due to location , price, view, and convenience. I would definitely stay here again and I look forward to returning soon

Great place!

We had a great time! We will definitely try to get back next year! Roger was a great host and was easy to get in touch with when we had questions. The bed was comfy and the room was dark for sleeping. Great views and pool, beach wasn’t far from the room. We had fun chatting with the neighbors too. Everyone was very friendly! The only thing we didn’t like is that it said there was WiFi but it wasn’t free. We had to pay and extra $50 for a week of WiFi. Other than that we had a great time!

As with prior visit...pure perfection!

Almost hesitant to share how amazing this property is for fear of it always being booked and never available again... this is just about as perfect as you can get for an amazing stay on St Maarten. You can literally walk to/from the airport. ~10-15min walk. Basically just the length of the runway. We’ve done it every time, but we also travel light. Excellent market right at your doorstep, as well as the perfect bar for sunsets and watching the plane activity...which can also be done from the privacy of your balcony. Clean and well stocked unit. Security team is amazing and personable. And then there’s the owner...Roger...who could ask for more. Such a pleasant and kind gentleman. He genuinely wants to ensure your stay is perfect and extremely communicative. A+ all around and one of our very favorite VRBO properties.

Better than described - a perfect stay

The unit was even better than described. We have stayed at dozens of VRBO properties over the years and this was in the top as far as condition, description accuracy, and LOCATION! You literally do not need a vehicle. And we even took advantage of the location to walk both from and to the airport. It is a short walk...basically walking the length of the runway. That’s said, we travel very light and never lug around large suitcases. There is a very well stocked market a few steps around the corner and the Driftwood bar just across the street directly on famous MOHO beach is awesome. Recommend the grilled whole red snapper!! Roger was great. We had a minor snafu with communication but that was due to the island WiFi and Comm systems. It was easily sorted out leveraging VRBO support. Roger’s excellent place will remain a fave location for all future visits to St Maarten. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
