Quiet location, close to basic necessities, very comfortable beds, fast response to texts. easy check in. Dated property, no smart TV's so couldn't stream or cast. Kitchen was old but functional.

Functional but dated

Property was pretty dated and in an older neighborhood. Needs some refreshing. Benefited from being close to campus. Had some problems w the plumbing while we were there- they took care of it quickly.

Very Cozy!

We had a great stay at this property. The home was perfect for relaxing after a long day being out and about while visiting our son who attends Texas Tech. I'm not really a streamer, so I particularly liked the satellite TV (Directv) which we have at home. We also love to BBQ, so we also really enjoyed the charcoal grill. The only recommendation we have is to upgrade the pillows to softer pillows in the master bedroom, otherwise, great stay.

Weekend in Lubbock

Check in was hassle free. Pictures are exactly what you get. Beautiful home. Very well stocked with everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood which was perfect for a 2 month old. Thankful that the home was nice and cool when we arrived!! Will definitely stay here again when we return!! Thanks James for sharing your lovely space with us!!

Nice place but the AC needs help

Got checked in during a heat wave - about 105 outside. It was stuffy and 75 inside with AC set to 70. Contacted PM, he brought over fans and changed filters. Overall a pleasant stay, it just wasn't as cool as I would have preferred
