“This trip was planned for our daughter's 21st birthday, so we wanted to make sure it was memorable for her. Mel communicated and responded quickly to me prior to our trip which made everything so much easier. Mel met us at the airport, took us to the store to grab provisions before heading to the villa. He was friendly and made us feel welcome immediately. Once we arrived at the villa, we were in paradise, the pictures and description were spot on and didn't disappoint. The view was nothing……

“Despite a safety breach at the property, we had a good 4 night stay. I would advise renters to confirm if they expect to be renting 3 rooms or 4. The listing advertises 4 rooms so I expected that. We had a long journey and this was one of several listings I booked, so when the property manager showed us 3 rooms instead of four, I assumed I had got my information wrong and didn’t ask about the fourth room. This turned out to be a big mistake on my part, when the next morning my sister woke up and……
