"I had such a great experience at Iberostar Resort! From the moment I arrived, everyone was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the whole trip even more enjoyable. The amenities were excellent and very easy to access, so everything felt convenient and stress free. The breakfast was a highlight fresh, delicious, and with plenty of options to choose from. I also really enjoyed the complimentary drinks, which added a fun and relaxing touch to the stay. Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely come back. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun, comfortable, and friendly resort experience!"

"The staff were very friendly, but were unable to answer basic questions. The food was generally poor, and the pool grill food options were frequently sold out/not available. Coffee was provided in room, but there was no coffee maker. The gym was broken and not useable"

"AMAZING STAFF! Sheldon at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating. All the staff members were so nice. Jemar in the buffet area is adorable and has great recommendations for Local food, and activities.They remembered your name, every time they saw you. I went for my birthday and they sang happy birthday to me multiple times. The food is amazing. The buffet is simply delicious. It is the best buffet I’ve ever had in my life. All the ingredients are fresh, and organic. We stayed at the palace, which was nice because it was the calmer and the more relaxing of the resort, but we still had access to All 3 resorts. They had a ton of different events, like foam parties, an all white party, disco party, and Michael Jackson tribute. There’s always something to do on the resort day or night, and the staff is very friendly and interactive with the guests. The rooms were clean and had beautiful views of the ocean."

"First time in Jamaica, chose negril over montago simply over the environment . I preferred more scenic and calm vibes over city and nightlife. I loved the resort, I upgraded my room simply cause my view wasn’t the best but that was personal. Also loved the daily activities"

"The S hotel is a nice gem in city of Kingston. The property was clean and well maintained. Thanks to all the cleaning staff. They did a great job keeping our room clean. Most of the staff members were excellent a big thank you and shout out to Aloysius and Stacey, they were always on the go and ensured guests were comfortable. Thanks for making our stay excellent . Thanks to Jospeh who assisted with our reservation and ensured that we had a room during the busy carnival season. Moya , the intern staff and the staff at front desk you were amazing and addressed any issues that arise. Thanks to all the Stephanys, who assisted at breakfast. Thank you Cris you were very polite and knew how to make a guest feel comfortable. I did not like the cat that was around at breakfast. The bell men were very courteous and helpful. The chefs were amazing thanks for preparing such delicious breakfast each morning. Chef Stephany you are the best . The island is still recovering from the devastating hurricane so to have boil bananas, plantain porridge and such a lovely breakfast spread with a touch of island vibes was very nice. The hotel added a rooftop area just in time for carnival so guests had a front row seat to the event this was an excellent idea. The pool area was clean. The only thing I would recommend is to have a net to remove the insects from the pool regularly. In closing I enjoyed my stay at the hotel , the staff made our stay excellent."

"Azul Beach Resort Negril was a relaxing and beautiful escape. The beachfront is stunning—calm turquoise water, soft sand, and sunsets that really slow you down. The resort itself is easy to navigate and has a comfortable, laid-back feel that makes it simple to unwind. Rooms were clean, airy, and well-suited for a beach vacation. The staff were friendly, though the marketing team can be a bit persistent at times. Once I firmly declined, they respected it and remained pleasant throughout the stay. I also really appreciated the gift shops along the beach—it was convenient to browse without ever leaving the shoreline. Overall, it’s not overly flashy luxury, but a soft, peaceful stay with an incredible beach that makes it worth it."
