「Room was clean , staff were super friendly 」

「Everything is perfect」

「Our room was very nice for two couples, with comfortable beds and a few free drinks and snacks provided. We also loved the small balcony with a view of Lake Lucerne and the easy access to walking downtown along the lovely lake path.」

「The hotel location is quite good, very easy to get around. The room is spacious, clean and comfort. The breakfast is so good with lots of choice. Staffs are helpful and friendly. Highly recommend this hotel to everyone.」

「The room i booked is small. The washroom is small too. But the staff are polite. 」

「Really gorgeous view for the lakeview room with a balcony, though nice view came along with an uphill road to arrive at the hotel. Probably due to the historical building/regulations, no air-con was provided. But a fan was available in the room.」

「Very near train station. Suitable for those who will travel up to the mountains.」
