"Really liked everything about The Waldstaetterhof. It’s not typical for a really nice hotel to be located next to a transportation hub like a train station. This was a nice change of pace. Great amenities and lots of restaurants, stores and attractions close by. Would stay here again. "

"we enjoyed our stay at the hotel in Luzern, Arad (Front desk) helped us check in in, he gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat around. Our room was clean, spacious with two balcony’s and amazing windows, bathroom was tidy and bed so comfortable . Breakfast buffet was complete. I will definitely recommend this hotel."

"A very nice hotel. About a five minute walk from the train station. The restaurant downstairs is really good, albeit a little expensive. The location is wonderful. And the hotel itself was very clean and the rooms are very nice. The staff was extremely friendly. I would recommend this hotel."

"Our stay with 2 young kids was comfortable. We arrived late at night; checkout was easy, and the staff was helpful. Parking was across the street, which is not terrible but can be inconvenient. Breakfast had a variety of options, and the staff was accommodating. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience. "

"Reception (didnt take down her name) was marvellous. We got upgraded to a lake view room, we didnt mention it was our anniversary. Prosseco was offered at check in, what a treat. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely go back again. Views to the mountains and lake were breathtaking from our balcony."
