Just minutes from Wanaka township, yet wonderfully secluded. This villa mixes comfort with serious style.
Quality finishes and furnishings are throughout this beautiful home. New beds with luxe linens, custom built furniture, local art and new appliances.
The chef’s kitchen is as beautiful as it is functional, with brand new appliances, a double dish-drawer, espresso machine ( complimentary beans included), and a 90cm Falcon oven with gas cooktop. It flows into a spacious open plan dining and living area, featuring a sunken lounge and large fireplace.
In summer, 2.4m bi-fold doors open the lounge onto the deck and garden, perfect for outdoor lounging or a soak in the private six-person hot tub.
The master bedroom has a cosy bay window with mountain views, a private deck, walk-in robe, and tiled ensuite with a spacious shower. The two other bedrooms are generous in size with built-in robes and dimmable lighting.
The main bathroom features a deep cast iron tub that holds heat for hours with a skylight above for stargazing.
A full scullery and laundry (with brand new washer and dryer) make longer stays easy

This place felt like a home. It was in a great location and had everything we needed. My husband, and 2 friends stayed 4 nights. It was a great location, close to town but not in town. The house was built by the family so it really had a family charm to it. Steve came by and chatted to give us a warm welcome.

An absolute delight
If you like a meticulously renovated and beautifully styled comfortable home this is for you. We really enjoyed reading about the owners story too. Wish we had stayed there longer. Oh well just have to come back.
