「We were told upon arrival that we could not test in the room we booked due to a water leak and mold. Moved to another room that also had mold. Decided to cancel the stay after seeing this. Reached out to oyo as well as Expedia. Expedia was helpful on reaching out to staff about the cancellation policy and a refund. I was told they waived the cancellation and would issue a refund since we provided proof of mold. Nothing has since been processed and I am unable to contact anyone.」

There is soo much character everywhere in the house. The beds were comfortable, the rooms were large, the kitchen had every amenity I could ask for.
