“Nice apartment and friendly staff. Good location, most sights can be reached on foot like colosseum, Termini train station, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, etc. The surrounding was quiet and convenient, you can easily find supermarkets, bus stop, restaurants. The apartment had towels, shampoo, and washing machine. We were asked to clean the dishes and throw the garbage ourselves. Overall, we like our stay in Rome.”

“雖然飯店大門外觀有遭人塗鴉看起來不是很美觀，但內部還算乾淨，門口就是地鐵出口也很便利，附近也有大型超市可以購買食材，櫃台服務人員也很友善，不過櫃檯的服務時間偏短，比較不利於check in/ check out需要找人溝通，而check out後的寄放行李可能需要加強管理，此次雖然行李並沒有遺失東西，但寄放過程中，櫃台人員並沒有一直監看，也沒有提供領取憑證，會讓人擔心有很高遺失風險”

“屋內還算乾淨，但洗澡淋浴機乎只有出熱水沒有冷水，燙到沒辦法洗，水很小，兩間房都一樣。”

“The hotel is centrally located, easy access and walkable to the Trevi fountain, many restaurants and other major spots of interest. Communication with the management was amazing they set up a WhatsApp chat with me and was able to communicate and ask any questions and receive immediate answers and assistance. ”

“分配到的房型似乎跟我原本預定的有點出入，但住處離地鐵站很近，入住前屋主有email聯絡，所以即使我們抵達的時間較晚，沒有人安排check in，但入住過程一切順利。唯一不解的是，屋主額外收了我們35歐元的清潔費，原本訂房時沒有註明有這筆費用。”

“The room I reserved has a kitchen, which is nice. The location of the hotel is convenient. It is close to metro and Vatican. The Cleanliness of the room is satisfactory but could be better. The hotel is close to the main road, so pretty noisy. The noise level is acceptable when the window is closed but too much when the windows are opened.”

“The property was in an area with many restaurants /bakeries and a grocery store nearby so made it convenient for us. The apartment was nicely stocked but I didn't know how to use the stove so really didn't cook anything but there was a microwave and a full size fridge. I had to youtube how to use the washer/dryer...which is quite loud and takes a long time to do one load. The place is not near a train station so we had a taxi pick us up daily if we were in a rush or didn't want to waste the……

“住宿價格非常的便宜，飯店接待人員雖然對英文的支援度並沒有那麼高，但是可以感受到他們的用心。比較在意的是Check in後不知道為什麼得要將護照留在櫃台處，多少有點不舒服的感覺，以及房間沒有提供沐浴乳與洗髮精等，但如果你是省錢第一的旅者，這會是你的好選擇，當然這是一家無法用大眾交通到達的住宿地，建議你是自駕旅遊者。”

“Villa Patrizia provided a wonderful stay. Charming and comfortable buildings. Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. Beautiful views, and the location gives you a taste of the Italian countryside. I highly recommend booking here.”

“Very nice apartment, comfy, tidy and clean, with all the needed facilities. The only problem is that the elevator was out of service the day we checked in and we had to carry a suitcase over 30kg up to the 4th floor. Then the entry passcode didn't work and it took a little while for us to get the correct passcode. Another problem is that internet connection is so bad and we could not use this free Wi-Fi provided by Numa. ”
