"Was one of the better places I stayed on this trip loved the lights in the shower view was nice the rain head and the waterfall head need to be cleaned some water was coming out but they where pretty stopped up other then that excellent place to stay"

The linens are top quality, the hotel was clean, and the cappuccino in the morning delicious! For such a great location and such good value for money, I highly recommend this hotel."

"This place was so nice, clean and quiet. Just what I was looking for. It has been updated with all the latest things and even has a coffee maker and kettle for your use at any time during your stay in a shared hallway. I had a little balcony that I got to watch the sunset every nice which was lovely. Even better was the host as she helped me with some of my needs that I asked her for. I feel she went way above what she had to for me. I would stay here again if I were to visit Follonica again. "

"The property seemed very new and was very clean and spacious. We did have a room with a terrace but being December and in the middle of a storm we didnt get to use it but I'd imagine it would be lovely on a nice warm evening. It is overlooked by high rise buildings so not private. We felt very welcome on arrival and were shown how to use the facilities. The rooms are above a restaurant which even though they had a party that evening we didn't hear much noise and very local to the main streets where there are lots of options for dining. "
