“The room was much much smaller than what was pictured on the website. The curtains were broken. There was a thick band of yellow mold in the sink. The towels smelled like it was under dried, so it had the smell of old laundry. I was in town for a conference and was not in the room for the majority of the day, I wanted a clean room to come back to, and housekeeping had not cleaned the room - they said they were understaffed. That’s not my problem, if I pay $500+ per night, the least I would……

“A great place to stay while in Boston, the hotel itself offers free breakfast which includes full breakfast and delicious meals in their French style restaurant, a lovely lobby to hangout and all day coffee/hot tea which becomes a great plus for the winter time in Boston. The front desk staff is all very friendly and helpful. The parking on site is 30 USD per night with in/out which is a wonderful deal comparing with other hotels in town charge you 50-60 USD per night. The room itself is very……

“Strengths:
Perfectly convenient location, with the subway stop literally at the front door and the Prudential shopping center right across the street. Staff service style ranges from politely friendly to quite casual. The Lobby Cafe provides complimentary coffee, bottled water, and packaged snacks, as part of the stay. Free newspaper and magazines to grab in the lobby. Heat/AC is actually manually adjustable. Lobby is nicely decorated and comfortable. WiFi works well. Beds and headboards……
