“Only issue was the clerk at check in told us that breakfast was served until 10:00 am. On our last day there we went down for breakfast at 9:30am. There was no breakfast food out. I asked the clerk on staff what time did breakfast end and she said 9:30am. We missed out on having breakfast.”

“The guest chair in the room was torn and there was a hole in the wall where the door knob hit the wall. Only 1 out of 3 hinges of the connecting door to the adjacent room was attached to the door frame. We had to use that door to enter our relative's room when our brother-in-law fell in the bathroom. Their room had a walk-in shower but the curtain didn't prevent water from getting on the floor. The lobby area was not clean and the chairs in the breakfast area were badly stained.
