“Air Conditioning portable unit Room not completely Remodeled”

“The room smelled like smoke and mold. Requested another room and it was somewhat better. Then the next day the elevator was broken and had to use the stairs to take luggage to load the car.”

“Stayed here for a week with my family with our 2 kids. We have stayed here multiple times through the years for vacation without any issue. Our first room had a smell to it kinda like it hasn't been stayed in for awhile and the a/c would turn off after running for 5-10 mins. No issue though staff switched us rooms at midnight when we got back from Tyler. Second room was much better, however the mattresses are not comfortable at all, you can feel the metal platform under the mattress. No opinion……

“The spread and sheets had holes in them. The towels were terrible. Several lights in the room didn’t work, the walls in the bathroom were nasty and the couch had stains and holes. I pray we didn’t get bed bugs. On Fridaynight the people below us starting cussing and fighting at 3:00 am to 6:00 am they started throwing things. Not a good experience!”
