Motel 6 Terrell hotels

"The AC in our room was leaking on the floor. I informed the front desk and they were able to move us to a new room. They thanked me for bringing it to their attention. They overall cleanliness of the hotel and the rooms were very good. I appreciated the breakfast and the fitness area but both were somewhat lacking. The coffee was good but not hot and I really enjoy a fresh hot cup of coffee in the morning. Overall our stay was great and I would stay here again and recommend this hotel."

"The view of the pool was enjoyable. My room spelled like smoke. Staff at check in was not very helpful. Did not answer questions well and when asked for towels to be brought to room it never happened I finally went down and asked for some. Stay was still relaxing I just expected more from this hotel. "

"Staff was horrible and room was absolutely disgusting. Roaches everywhere and if we didn't have nowhere else to go we would have left but the guy at the desk said we were just going to have to deal. Found socks and crusty coins everywhere "

"The hotel was nice and we were satisfied with everything except the media services and the breakfast. There was Netflix and Prime but no Youtube or the ability to screen cast."
