Top Machiya Station Hotel Reviews

APA Hotel & Resort Ryogoku Ekimae Tower
8/10 Good
"the location was convenient because it was a short walk to a train station, so it was easy to get to other areas of the city. I went into it thinking that the room was going to be small for 3 people, but it was just right. I found the check-in process to be impersonal as it was all done through a computer. While quick and efficient, I expected a better welcome. The elevator was slow and small and being on the 28th that we had to wait a long time and that the elevator was always full."

Hotel Gracery Shinjuku
10/10 Excellent
"We probably overpaid for the room but we wanted to be in the Godzilla view room. The room was clean. A tad bit too small for my taller husband. The shower water pressure was fantastic. Staff were also great in assisting us for checking in and out. We will consider staying here in the future. Many 24 hour food options is also around the area."

Tokyo Bay Shiomi Prince Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"We embark and disembark at cruise terminal from time to time and we always stays here at this hotel, we love staying here as it is close to the port and also right by the JE line which can take us to Tokyo station"

Hotel Villa Fontaine Grand Tokyo - Shiodome
10/10 Excellent
"A very nice hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. The washer/dryer combo on the even number floors were convenient but you may need to use an app to translate the directions. Their restaurant was pretty good overall but with a limited menu. There’s a train station and Family Mart very close by. Overall, it was a nice quiet hotel in a more business area."

Hotel Metropolitan Edmont Tokyo
10/10 Excellent
"Room was wonderful. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful."

Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Ikebukuro
10/10 Excellent
"My daughter picked Ikebukuro this time, so we checked out another busy spot in Tokyo, though it’s not quite on the level of Shibuya or Shinjuku. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the hotel was. They even upgraded my room, which made for a really comfortable stay. Great amenities, right across from Ikebukuro Station, and the staff were helpful. Having a few 7-Elevens downstairs made everything really convenient for the whole family. The hotel's standards are solid; the room was actually pretty big for downtown Tokyo, and it was kept very clean, with a nice view of the city skyline every day."

Asakusa Tobu Hotel
8/10 Good
"Good hotel is in the heart of Asakusa, but my room was so tiny that I had to climb over my husband to get to my side of the bed."

Tobu Hotel Levant Tokyo
10/10 Excellent
"This was my second time visiting Japan and staying at Tobu Levant Tokyo. I chose them again for familiarity, but also for their beauty. This is a 5 star hotel with a great price. I seleceted the breakfast buffet option with this booking and it was phenomenal. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. Not as encompassing as huge resorts, but varied enough for a family vacation in a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. The hotel is across the street from 7-eleven, Lawson, Burger King, and DonQi. Whatever you didn't pack is available 24/7 a stone's throw away. I will return again to Japan with less family and can't think of staying anywhere else."

Sunshine City Prince Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The hotel was great and in a brilliant location, a quick walk from the station and near convenience stores. It's just off the hustle and bustle of Ikebukaro so you get the buzz and the quiet! I would definitely stay here again"
