"We had a great stay and we were able to have the room stay nice and cool. Our only “complaint” is that the pinball machine in the free game room wasn’t working. We already have our next booking at this hotel set!"

"The hotel was very modern and clean. Having full sized appliances in the room was the main reason I chose to stay there. I did have a couple complaints though. One, was that the room was very warm, even though I stayed in January. The air conditioning didn’t work well. Two, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan so it was very steamy after showering. And last but not least, the room itself is VERY small! Smaller than cheaper hotels I’ve stayed at recently. "

"We didnt even get to stay here. We walked in to check into our reserved room and the young man at thebfront desk was extremely rude. We misunderstood and thought it said online that we could oay with cash oncebwe arrived. The front desk said no, and refused to help us figure out what to do. He just kept telling us to call expedia and hebwouldnt answer any questions or help. We ended uo leaving and staying down the road at the Hokiday Inn. Who were more than helpful. Will NEVER stay here!!"

"Very disappointed in this Hyatt hotel. The place was falling apart from the elevators to the room furnishings. The furniture was old and beat up. The room had a musty odor that hit us as soon as we opened the door. My husband sat on the couch and threw his back out. We could not stay, and were unable to attend the show that we paid 180.00 for our tickets and the reason we stayed in Medford. The hotel is in such disrepair that it should be closed for renovations. I spoke to the manager and she happily refunded the cost of our hotel stay. "
