"The internet service was very problematic for several days. Every time we asked about it, nobody seemed to know what was happening, and the only response we received was “we are working on it.” Honestly, it was not a good experience. Additionally, I still have not received the refund for my deposit, and there was also a lack of clarity regarding the items and charges from the product area in the lobby that I had to use out of necessity. Overall, I had much higher expectations for this stay."

"Very clean, quiet, and pleasant hotel. The front desk staff were AMAZING. I was in a rush to get to a meeting and they got me checked in and even helped me print out a handout in 5 minutes."

"The hotel is undergoing renovations - no one mentioned this when booking. The water was shut off during the day. The breakfast was good and the staff was lovely. The place needs a refresh so badly it is not just tired, it's asleep. No outlets next to the bed or on the desk is diabolical. Bed was comfortable - whole place needs the overhaul that it's probably getting right now but I would have stayed elsewhere had I known."
