「The resort is nice. My main complaint was majority of the staff. Specifically wait staff, bartenders and waitresses. Upon arriving, we were checked in by a nice young lady but other than her, most staff was rude and not accommodating. Some of the resort is a bit dated, our air conditioner leaked water and the sink drained very slow. The food is ok, best service was from the Italian restaurant, all other serves seemed to not want to be bothered.」

「Hotel is outdated but clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Bedding was clean. Clean towels every day. Beach towels can be exchanged for clean ones every day. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance. Grocery store within short walking distance. Pool clean but loud because is right next to airport. Beach very nice and clean but personally, do not like waves. Next time we would stay at La Plage just to avoid loud noise from the airplanes. Other beaches like Mullet Beach or Grand Case are so...

「At the very last minute after getting off the airplane, we received a notice that our reservation had been changed and received poor instructions to find the place. Our taxi could not locate, so we were forced to find last minute accomodation costing of course more money. We are not happy about this experience at all.
