「The hotel itself was average and clean, the kids were happy because they mainly wanted to enjoy the pool and the sea — and those needs were met. What really affected our stay, though, was how we were treated by some of the staff. Unfortunately, I’ve experienced this before in parts of the Caribbean, and it’s disappointing every time. 「Food was great! A majority of the staff was great! Tried the rooms with Bali beds out front and that was a waste of money. No view and filled with ants. Get a higher room with an ocean view. The beach was useless as it is steep and ground seashells for sand. That said, you cannot beat the view of Simpson Bay. Great island and will be back when they rebuild. I would just stay at a sister property near the airport next time.」

「The room and view are amazing. It has a nice pool, although the layout is a bit backwards. The pool bar is in the shallow end and that is where the MANY children at the resort splash and play so it was a bit inconvenient; especially when pool water would end up in your drink. Maybe they could start some Adult Only times in the pool, especially during their Happy Hour.
