「My husband and I stayed here for a getaway. When we arrived Friday, we didn’t immediately notice the issues, but by the next day we found leftover food in the refrigerator that clearly was not ours, including a spilled milkshake that had not been cleaned up. 「大堂很复古，不过老酒店就是这样的。虽然服务人员们没有穿工作制服，但是服务态度都很好，酒店是木质结构，所以隔音效果不理想，木质楼梯走起来有咯吱声，住在楼梯旁边的卧室会受影响。暖气很给力，特别是在滑雪的季节。酒店后院有滑冰和滑雪的场地，还有设备租赁服务，比较周全。早餐很丰富美味。他们餐厅也有提供晚餐的餐厅（不免费），但是我们没有吃。总之这是一个很不错的度假村，有安静祥和的度假氛围。」

「We paid for an early check in and a bucket of craft beer in our room. Both of which was granted and was great. The staff however, we not very friendly and not very helpful. They didn't explain the amenities, or tell us where they were on property, or what time they closed. We were given papers and told to check online if we needed any more information.
