「The location was gorgeous--up a steep but sturdy LONG staircase from the lake. We went mostly to be on the water. My husband rented a boat from a nearby resort and we were allowed to tie it up to our dock and keep it for the days we were there. NOTE: The dock system is NOT complete and tying up there was NOT easy, but we figured out a way. We rented a canoe from the same resort and also kept it there--there was a nice (very) little sandy beach to beach it on. Good point for all water...

「My fiancé and I spent a wonderful weekend here in total relaxation and peace. I couldn’t remember the last time we’d been somewhere that doesn’t have the constant subtle hum of a fridge or electricity. This cabin has everything you truly need and the hosts are so thoughtful. We felt safe, happy and proud of ourselves for the tech break! Beautiful river front and trails right in front of you. Wonderful!」

「This is an amazing Minnesota find! Our family of six found the cabin on Stone Lake to be the perfect getaway before school starts back up. We spent hours on the lake everyday with the kayaks and paddleboat, fishing for northern pike - yellow gold spinners - and cruising as we watched the loons and bald eagles. Sitting on the small dock in the light breeze was incredibly relaxing. Notable highlights - Sunrise AND Sunsets each day. We arrived on a Monday and had the entire lake to ourselves...

「It was exceptional! The photos are accurate, the quality is high of the structure, fixtures, finishes and furniture. The kitchen is well stocked so you can cook a real meal. : ). The boat (for a fee), the kayaks and paddle boards enabled us to enjoy the water and fishing! The fire pit and yard games were great too! The hosts are wonderful people and we look forward to returning to this cottage on Pequaywan Lake!! 」

「My husband and I came up to Minnesota to go birding at Sax Zim Bog, and we found this great cottage. It was the perfect place! It was very close to Sax Zim Bog, and it was close to the gas station and Wilbert Cafe in town. 「What a beautiful space for a fall getaway. The cabin is spacious and clean - even better than it looks in the pictures. Plenty of comfortable furniture, open spaces made even more so by the numerous windows, and comfortable beds. There's no TV (in my mind, that's a bonus), but the wi-fi worked great and there are plenty of books and board games available. 「We had our annual girls “camping” trip at this beautiful cabin. Not only was it clean, but fully equipped with anything/everything we could want for a fun weekend at the lake. Many child friendly games and activities were provided as well. The lake is calm and quiet and perfect for the littles to swim. We all enjoyed using the kayaks/paddle word as well. Can’t say enough good things!! We loved it. 」
