“The hotel is very conveniently located to access the haram, just have to cross the road. I was very impressed from check in to check out, all the staff are very helpful and friendly throughout. The lifts at this hotel are absolutely awesome, never a long wait for a lift at any time. The view from our room out to the haram from the 8th floor was great. Rooms aren’t big but well equipped and fairly modern, showers are great. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Amazing staff and great atmosphere next to masjid Alharam. Special thanks to Mr. Abdulrahman at reception who welcomed us and helped us with everything. Lunch (Iftar) was wonderful with so many selections of different food to chose from. Room service is great as well. Walking distance to Masjid Alharam and next to Alsafwa shopping mall.”

“Check in was smooth. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice and a pleasant surprise. This hotel is close to the new extension, however takes about 10 mins walk (downhill) to Haram near Clock Tower. Please keep in mind, 2 mins of walk back is uphill. There is a bridge to the Haram right next to this hotel but it was closed. Once it opens, getting to the Haram should be convenient! Room was clean, and overall the hotel is not run down like some of the other Mecca hotels. Bathroom was……

“Everything was clean, staff was friendly. The hotel smelled so good and the shuttle was definitely used and came in handy, I love this stay. I highly recommend when coming to Mekah. ”
