“all the staffs were very friendly and nice!
rooms were clean.
the only comment I want to make is about the stand shower. which didnt have a full coverage door which is why it was flowing water outside the shower area and the bathroom was getting wet. had to be very careful with that.
everything else is very good. location was perfect.
”

“Check in was smooth. We were upgraded to a suite which was nice and a pleasant surprise. This hotel is close to the new extension, however takes about 10 mins walk (downhill) to Haram near Clock Tower. Please keep in mind, 2 mins of walk back is uphill. There is a bridge to the Haram right next to this hotel but it was closed. Once it opens, getting to the Haram should be convenient!
Room was clean, and overall the hotel is not run down like some of the other Mecca hotels. Bathroom was……
