“Overall, a great stay and perfect for families. Located within a 5-minute walk from King Fahd gate. The hotel is modern, clean and the staff provided a great service. The service at breakfast was fantastic - the chef who made pancakes and omelettes was engaging and friendly. The cleaners, Aashiq and Ismail, were exceptional, friendly and very helpful. I agree with other guests that the rooms were a little tight, but they had all the amenities and were very clean. ”

“I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The location is unbeatable—just a short, easy walk to the Holy Mosque, which made attending every prayer so convenient. What really set them apart was the free cart service. Even though the walk is short, having the cart available to zip you back and forth is a lifesaver, especially after a long day of Umrah or for elderly family members. Clean rooms, helpful staff, and top-tier service. I will definitely stay here again!”
