「Extremely clean and comfortable! The only reason for 4 rather than 5 stars is I wish the website mentioned each room has a unique scent. I have a fragrance allergy and didn't see that about the scents until at the airport reading the check in material that was sent to me right before our stay (this material was well thought out and great!). You can buy candles in the scent of each room if you'd like, which is something that others probably really like. I called and they removed a diffuser or air...

「Hands down a phenomenal place to stay! Breakfast is delivered to your room every morning (pastries, fresh fruit, yogurt, quiche, breakfast biscuits, etc.). Complimentary drinks are restocked in your refrigerator daily. The decor is very urban and sleek. The location is top-notch to everything. The people were fantastic. We have no desire to stay any place else, and we will be back! Amazing place! 」

「The stay started badly. The room was full of fruit flies. I told the staff about it on my way out to dinner, i was told they would take care of it. Came back to the room after 12 and the flies were still in there. They were surrounding outside of the room door as well. I called customer service and responded immediately. This was arround 1:45am. He came and helpef move us to another room. Around 7am i got up to use the restroom and there was a roach on the bathroom flloor and no hot water for...
