Das Appartement ist ruhig gelegen mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Umgebung. Francis, die Vermieterin, ist sehr bemüht und freundlich. Die Lage ist ideal für Ausflüge in alle Bereiche der Insel, Mietwagen vorausgesetzt. Insgesamt war es ein ruhiger und erholsamer Aufenthalt. Gerne wieder.

Fijn appartement op goede locatie om het eiland te ontdekken.
Francis gaf ons een warm welkom. Appartement is beetje gedateerd, maar heel schoon en ruim voor 2 personen. Super mooi uitzicht en fijn dakterras. Verder is alles aanwezig. Plek is heel fijn gelegen om het eiland te ontdekken. Aanrader voor deze prijs.

Wohnen im Mallorquinischem Stil
Helle Wohnung mit angenehmem Zuschnitt. Blick über Felder und Olivenhaine bis zu den Bergen. Guter Standort für Ausflüge in alle Richtungen, besonders in die Berge im Norden. Einrichtung allerdings etwas in die Jahre gekommen, daher Bett und Sofa nicht sehr bequem. Im Sommer hätten wir uns eher auf dem Balkon vor oder hinter der Wohnung aufgehalten. Francis die Vermietern sehr um uns bemüht und freundlich.

A wonderful time!
We were very comfortable here for 9 days! The apartment is spacious and well-equipped. The town is small, quiet, and charming, and its central location means that almost anywhere on the island can be reached in an hour or less. We especially loved the views from the two balconies and Francis's original paintings.

Gute Unterekunft auf dem Land
aber man ist schnell an schönen Stränden oder diversen Städten für Kultur, Shopping, Unterhaltung, Sightseeing, ... . Auch wenn die Möbel schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen sind, das Bett war sehr bequem, die Lage und die Aussicht einwandfrei. Alles gut!

La location est idéalement situé dans l'ile. L'environnement est calme. L'appartement est propre, fonctionnel, bien équipé et la terrasse privative est très agréable. La propriétaire est sympathique et à l'écoute via whatsApp. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, je recommande.

Super süße Ferienwohnung mit Charme. Man hat alles was man braucht von Küchengeräten, Gewürze, Handtücher etc. Gastgeberin war mega freundlich. Von dort könnten wir super die Insel erkunden, weil man überall relativ schnell hinkam.

Relaxing scenic holiday
Our holiday was all we could have wished for. The holiday apartment in Francis town house in Ariany fitted the bill perfectly. Our accommodation was comfortable and well equipped, the best bit was breakfast on the balcony enjoying the views of the beautiful Mallorca countryside. Francis was there to welcome us when we arrived with a nice touch of wine and sweets. As a base for exploring the island the apartment was perfect. The village had 2 restaurants plus a bar , we tried all 3 and the food and hospitality we received was memorable. Thank you Francis and the people of Ariany for a lovely holiday

Niemals im Winter
Die Wohnung war extrem ausgekühlt. Wir mussten die ersten 4 Tage auf stärkster Stufe heizen und brauchten dafür tgl.40KW und die 11kg Gasflasche war nach 3 Tagen leer. Sämtliche Aussentüren und Fenster waren undicht. Schimmel war in allen Räumen sichtbar (ich habe Bilder gemacht). Der Kühlschrank war laut, aber wir haben ihn ausgesteckt und alles auf der Terasse gekühlt. Die Sitzfläche der Couch ist unzumutbar (Wir haben sie mit der Zusatzmatratze und Kissen Unterlegt. Die Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett, aber diese Wohnung Können wir keinesfalls Weiter empfehlen.

Schönes Apartment in ruhiger Lage
Meiner Frau und unserem kleinen Baby hat es dort sehr gefallen. Mit Ausnahme des Kühlschranks war es dort sehr ruhig und angenehm. Das Apartment ist gut ausgestattet und zwei kleinere Supermärkte sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir hatten Glück, dass es nicht ganz so heiß war (Sep). Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass es auf Grund fehlender Klimaanlage, an heißen Tagen etwas unangenehm in der Wohnung sein kann.

La casa está ubicada en Ariany un pueblo pequeño en el plano de Mallorca , súper tranquilo, solo te pueden “molestar” los cencerros de las ovejas y los gallos al amanecer…. ¡Bendita molestia! Ese amanecer desde la terraza saliendo el sol por las montañas de la península de Llevant no tiene precio ! Y la ubicación es bastante buena para ver la isla aunque Mallorca es muy grande. Estuvimos 3 semanas alojados mi mujer, hija de 5 años y yo , y la verdad que si buscas desconectar, tranquilidad y a la vez tener la posibilidad de ir a la playa en poco tiempo , la playa de Muro está a 10 min , es una opción perfecta, la casa es una casa grande de pueblo en la que estuvimos en la parte de arriba , los vecinos de bajo en nuestro caso no nos molestaron para nada , la terraza súper grande para nosotros solos, con tumbonas , salón cocina con sofá cama , la cocina funciona perfectamente, sartenes que no se pegan, frigo grande …. No dispone de aire acondicionado pero no lo necesita para nada , ya que como bien nos comentó Francis corría mucho el aire y así es!! En fin un alojamiento calidad precio insuperable y más en Agosto en Mallorca la cual estaba a reventar. Francis gracias por todo y un placer el disfrutar de nuestras vacaciones en tu casa, un saludo !!!
