“If you have the urge to stay in what might be a medieval castle, consider this property. It was listed on one website as a 1* facility. Confusing to find the entrance & check in. Someone from the restaurant eventually assisted us. Yellow limestone brick walls … which are fine. No elevator so not an accessible property. There is a 3 piece bathroom (some black mold) in each room, wifi, TV. & AC. There is no fridge, coffee or tea available. There is no where to put your luggage except on the floor.……

“Good for a few days stay but not any longer. Whilst the rooms are generally comfortable and clean, the hotel generally was really noisy until the early hours of the morning and the rooms aren't sound proofed at all. The pool area was nice and clean but the loungers were uncomfortable so didn't use it much. Convenient for access to St Paul's and the surrounding area with good bus links, but the immediate area is really run down. Staff were really friendly/helpful.”

“This was a very bizzare property. It’s NOT a hotel. It’s a 3 Bedroom apartment with locking bedroom doors. There is a common living room and common kitchen. The property is run from an office in Italy and they don’t do well with English. The wi-fi was terrible and the beds were awful. The property location is NOT correct on the Hotels.com app. We ended up going to the wrong area then having to call another car to get to the actual location. The instructions from the office were okay to get……
