「Hotel in small shopping mall- but noise wasn’t an issue. Standard room was fine for three- had choice of twin or double plus sofa bed. Sofa bed was of good quality and fine for an adult or child. Everything that you could need including iron and ironing board. Shower Staff were well organised, very polite and friendly. 」

「Everything about the AX The Palace was truly amazing, loads to around this location. It’s only a short walk to the sea front with connections to Valletta. All the tours operators are near by so booking is easy. We found a local shopping centre only 14mins away called The Point and getting a Bolt locally was so easy. The hotel has everything from a Roof top bar, indoor pool and gym. 」

「Arranged return airport pickup with hotel and Driver was late for pickup from airport (5 mins late) and hotel (15 mins late). Asked for a room change as the floor were full of painting work going on the receptionist on duty was supposed to get back after checking with room reservation dept but never got back. Overall the service provided by front desk was not pleasant at all. I stayed for five nights and the room was arranged in a noisy location wit construction site in front n painting work...
