“The hotel was absolutely beautiful. Their pool bar area was right on the water with chairs, drink and food service and easy access in and out of the water. The staff were so helpful and made it so easy for us to access our car even though they did not have parking immediately at the hotel. There are many restaurants just minutes walk from hotel. I would recommend paying to stay here, you won’t regret it.”

“Lovely room with beautiful view. Very helpful staff. Easy parking, just give then your keys! Nice breakfast with lots of options, however hot choices were always cold. Quiet building, very modern. In May, the pool was cold, but we went in anyway. Overall, lovely spot in Herceg Novi, right on promenade and a pleasant 10 minute walk to Old Town.”

“From arrival the hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful with parking our car and bags, the room was in the residential building which was incredibly spacious, pool area and the marina is such a beautiful setting, the breakfast had lots of choice and changed each day slightly. Both of us commented that it’s one of the nicest breakfast we’ve had, loved the different salad choices. Equally we loved how easy it was to walk on the beach front to other areas. Great bar in the heritage……

“A truly 5-star hotel with great service. The check in staff has very kindly accompanied us to our room and introduced us to the various areas of the country and the hotel. The air conditioner works great. The bed is, unfortunately, a bit too soft. Free bath salt is included in the restroom for those who would like to have a relaxing bath in the bathtub. Breakfast is included in the price and the service of the restaurant was great too. However, would appreciate if there were more choices to……

“There were NO overnight STAFF. I paid for TWO ROOMS WITH JACUZZI and didn’t get either. Not one good thing to say. I was locked out of my room FIVE different times with a key MALFUNCTION. The Kitchen closed before 10pm. We were told to try KOTOR and we did only to return to find tha car gate locked and had to park on street We tried calling SOMEONE to no avail. Only to go up to our room and locked out again at 1am. FRONT DESK shows up at 7 am .ZERO HELP SHE WAS. She took over an HOUR TO COMPOSE……

“By far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at. The location on the water can’t be beat and the views from the room are Instagram worthy. The staff were extremely helpful throughout the stay. Unfortunately we missed our connecting flight and only had one night here but it is for sure in our list for our next visit. An extra perk is the wonderful free breakfast.”
