「Beach is RIGHT THERE! Hear the waves even with house closed up for AC. Heaven. House is cute inside. Plenty of towels, nice bedding great tv. However, while there were tons of nice dishes and flatware, there wasn’t even a pot to boil pasta. Thank goodness I grabbed my small cast iron frying pan. The one there was in the bottom drawer of the oven and it was beat up outdated teflon that I never would have cooked it. Outside of house looked totally unloved. Hoses everywhere out front. Everything...

「We stayed 5 nights and had a great vacation. Although the island is still recovering from the hurricanes our unit was perfect. All new appliances and furnishings, A/C unit in every room and well stocked kitchen for cooking. Location is perfect, easy walk across the street to the beach and great access to the bay for our daily kayak trip to see the dolphins (3rd canal to the right had 3-6 every day we were there). All you need for the beach is provided, chairs, umbrellas, toys and even a cooler....

「Stay right on the beach. Drag your beach chair right down to the shore. Walk out the back door right into the sand. Watch the sunset from your patio. Unit was clean and tidy. Remodeled. It was in good condition. Beach equipment was sparse and the chairs and mats need to be replaced. Owner did not respond to our concerns about this until after we checked out 4 days later. That was a little disappointing. Even with the junk beach furniture I would go back again. 」

「We had a great time in Nokomis at the Colonia Bay Cottage. The house was as described..the perfect get away retreat. Home was very clean with all the needed amenities . The view of the lagoon while sitting by the pool was perfect and only a short drive to the beaches! 」
