「HIGHLY recommend if your looking to stay near Anna Maria Island on a budget. My family had an amazing time and Anna Maria Island is absolutely beautiful! Also, Oak and Stone restaurant (downtown Bradenton) was amazing as well. We walked there (it is about a 20 minutes walk there from the house (with 3 kids lol)). There was a pier that you are able to walk out on, a really nice play ground and an ice cream shop in downtown Bradenton also. On Anna Maria Island I reccomend parking at the sand bar...

「It's not on the beach. It's near to the beach, but not on the island and you need to drive to get to the beach. The owner came to the rental while we were out, which was a bit creepy. They just emptied the recyclable garbage, but it was weird that someone had been there while we were gone. There was a bathroom light out that didn't get changed, and the sheets were upside down and I had to remake the bed. It was clean and newly remodeled. There is no stove or oven, and no dishwasher.
