“We had a weekend wedding at Hummingbird House and this was the perfect house to accommodate my family. The location was great and the bedrooms were perfect. “I will preface this review by saying we did not end up staying at this rental.I had made my reservation months before our stay. Hector, the host, made changes to the house rules at the last moment, no longer allowing events without paying an additional charge. We had a small, respectful 20-person gathering planned. Luckily, VRBO stepped up, and they were able to confirm the listing history. VRBO allowed me to cancel my reservation and refunded me 100%. This was on the day of check-in, which……

“Absolutely loved our stay at Roost Rainey!
The staff were warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, and the building itself is gorgeous — beautiful interiors and it smelled amazing throughout. Our room was cozy and beautifully appointed with luxurious Santal 33 products.
The 12th floor rooftop pool was the highlight of our trip — stunning cabanas, great music, and bar service by Amaya. Order the frosé, you won't regret it! The Daydreamer coffee shop on the main floor was also a daily must……
