“Our stay here was terrible. The room didn’t look or feel like it had been thoroughly cleaned. The sink was disgusting with stains and black mildew. We chose a non-smoking room, but the room still had an odor. Also, the bedding had cigarette burns in them. It doesn’t appear that they launder their linens separately, which isn’t good for guests who are sensitive to smoke. The walls were paper thin, and we could hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms. We had to call the front desk to ask if……

“Convenient location, front door was locked and I had to be let in by the manager. Room was clean, it was snowing and the staff was right on it, shoveling and plowing.”

“The room was dirty. There was trash on the floor when we got into the room. No elevator to the second floor. The stairs were rusted. There were floodlights everywhere which made it impossible to have the room dark enough, even with the curtains closed. There were people yelling outside the rooms all hours of the night. When I went to check out in the morning, the front desk employee was sleeping at the desk. I was just trying to find a quiet, clean, inexpensive place to sleep the night before……
