"Overall: Clean, safe, nice, and would stay again if I needed to be in Springfield. I originally planned on staying one night, but had a family emergency that meant I needed to come to town a day early. I wasn't able to change the dates of my original booking to lengthen my stay, so I just booked another night separately. I worried that I'd have to check out and back in because I had two different bookings, but the front desk staff was able to handle it as one booking and keep me in the same room both nights (so convenient!) The hotel's location was good--close to the casino and nearby restaurants, walkable to and from the bus station. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and very much fit the bill of what I needed in Springfield. I would stay here again."

"The hotel is being redecorated and I don’t think our room was finished (trim etc), but it should be nice when finished. The shower started with ice cold water for 5+ minutes until it finally got warm. Sketchy area: parking lot sign says you assume the risk, and lobby has a Security guy at night. We needed another remote for the tv to stream our shows and the front desk couldn’t help with that. Housekeeping skipped our room. But a good deal for the price: our King studio was spacious, everything clean, and the free breakfast - eggs, waffles, oatmeal, bananas etc - was excellent. I’d try this hotel again."

"We found the property to be a bit underwhelming for us, but it did what we needed for our short stay in Connecticut. We found out that the pictures on the website were not what was entirely presented to us at the time of booking the reservation, but the staff was working hard to make sure that we had everything that we needed for our time with them. Breakfast was a highlight for us and so was the parking situation and the beds were very comfortable and spacious enough for a family of four to stay in them. We liked how close the hotel was to the highway and we could get right on it the morning that we left it without any issues at all. We all enjoyed ourselves in the short time that we were at the hotel whenever we weren't with family and doing activities with each other and the television was another highlight for us too. My father in particular liked having the YES network to watch the Yankee games at night and in the morning too. You get what you pay for and this hotel was pretty okay considering the price and the distance to the Big E for us. I would recommend it for another person mostly for the sake of the closeness to the highway and the comfortable beds."
