“This cabin was the perfect basecamp for a couple of days of skiing at Purgatory. Completely private and just minutes from the resort, it’s ideally located between Durango and Silverton.The cabin was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. “Everything was absolutely perfect and all expectations (which were set pretty high) met. The excellent covered porch, quiet solitude to enjoy nature, loads of firewood ready to use, walking trails and outstanding/thorough access and instructions made this the perfect vacation stay. “Lovingly cared for, clean, well equipped trailer in a gorgeous setting. Lots of fun details and friendly host who answered my texts quickly. It was a bit far from downtown Durango but we knew this ahead of time. The only drawback was the toilet became inaccessible once the second bed was assembled. Perfect place for a single person or couple not requiring a second bed. Main bed was large and very comfortable. Will happily recommend this location to others. ”
