“I would strongly caution others before booking this property through Expedia. Before my scheduled stay, multiple Expedia representatives and I repeatedly attempted to contact the hotel, but were unsuccessful. AT LEAST four different Expedia agents tried to reach the property on my behalf for SIX days (!!!) and were unable to get any response. This raises serious concerns. If a property cannot be reached before your stay, there is no way to confirm your reservation, ask questions, or resolve……

“Idk where to start.. but first they advertise being kid friendly and it's not. They have nothing for kids to do so if you don't rent a car do not bring your kids here.. they will be bored. The staff is rude, you'll run into one or two employees that are attentive but other then that they're all rude and have no sense of urgency. The front never answers the phone if there's an emergency. And if you walk to the front late at night the doors are wide open with no security and no one at the front……

“The space itself is beautiful and the view is amazing however- thereis a washer and dryer on the photos but no washer and dryer in the actual room or on the property, there is a television in the room however upon my children turning it on, it was completely broken-displaying a white screen with a huge black splotch and lines and there were stains on our bedsheets, in both bedrooms and on a pillowcase. Communication with the property owners was fast and reliable. We notified them of the stains……

“This is a small, quaint hotel run by locals in the style of a hostel. We arrived way early and were allowed to swim in the pool for a few hours which was great! The common area is a great place to meet others, and the staff was very nice. We were very happy with this authentic stay and would return.”

“The view was INCREDIBLE, but otherwise this stay was a bit interesting. I’m pretty certain I got termite bites while I was asleep in our 1st room. We had to extend due to severe snowy conditions at home and second room kitchen was infested with ants. Road coming to property is a literal dirt road with many unsafe obstacles along the way. Also saw a mouse run across our floor. ”
