Rooms on street side are noisy. Value was not anywhere near the cost. No parking available. Park on the street was what I was told. Would never recommend. There is no staff on site.」

「Overall, I would def. stay here again. The listing pictures were just what we got. We traveled to NYC as a family of 5, 2 kids 1 toddler and the beds in our room were a lifesaver, plenty of room. We had a nice view and it was located in a great area! Everything was just blocks away. (it is NY, so you are walking 90%of the time anyway) Time square was about 10 blocks but so much to see in between it did not feel far. The parking situation was a little stressful since there is no onsite parking....

However, the soundproofing was poor, and it was quite noisy late at night and into the early morning, sometimes as late as 2 am. Light sleepers may want to keep this in mind. The room was clean and had everything we needed, but the facilities felt a bit old, and there were some stains on the carpet and bedding. Also, we were required to pay a cleaning fee at check-in and could not check in without paying it.」
