We booked this place because is a small bungalow type property within the big city. Our room was modern in great condition. Don’t expect 5 star but they have a lot of staff to help with everything. They clean the property daily it’s very clean.

The room was very clean. I loved the shower. The staff were warm, welcoming and extremely accommodating. The staff were some of the most honest people I have ever come across. Breakfast served in the room was also very nice. The area around the hotel wasn’t the safest, but it is safe inside the property grounds. There is a small store beside the hotel to buy drinks and snacks, and there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walking distance. I would stay here again just based on the cleanliness and the staff.

Great Place

Stayed 1 night. I liked it. Had access to the garden area from the room, which was really nice. Only received 1 large towel each. Hand towels and wash clothes would have been nice. They had free coffee for us when we arrived and the following morning. My wife ordered breakfast and she said it was just so-so. But it was only 200 pesos. The room also had a large TV with free NetFlix and there was free internet. The queen size bed was really nice. And the staff was very courteous and helpful. I will return if I need that area of Manila and I do recommend this hotel.

Definitely a hidden oasis in the heart of the city. As long as you have a Grab app for transportation your good to go. Staff and accommodation of rooms were really nice.

Nice hideout.

The place was really nice and the bed was comfy and sheets smells good. They are still under renovation but you can enjoy a good staycation near lrt buendia.

The location is convenient if you need to be anywhere in Pasay. For a property in the center of the city, it's quaint and homey because of the garden and open area. Facilities are new. Downside, you can hear from the room beside yours. Overall, very nice accommodation, especially for those looking for a more quiet place as opposed to hotels.

部屋は広くて清潔感がある。 壁が薄いわけではないから隣の部屋の騒音は聞こえないけど、ドアと窓が薄い？隙間がある？からか、外の騒音がすごく気になる。 ドライヤーと冷蔵庫は欲しいな。
