“The pool was relaxing. It is starting to show its age. The village is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The staff were very friendly and the bed was comfortable. The 6th floor was reasonably quiet even though the hotel was busy. Unfortunately the room’s walls were dirty, even the light switches and plug ins were grimy. The bathroom door had drips of something all down the door inside. We received a text from the manager acknowledging the issue and apologizing.”

“Convenient location and affordable, friendly staff. The restaraunt is kinda mid but it was quiet but looked super busy the next morning. I've stayed here numerous times and never had a problem with this place and it's been recently renovated so it's fairly decent for the price.”

“Breakfast was not great.. we stayed 2 days and our room was not replenished (coffee towels) Power went out and the emergency lights didn’t work”

“The staff were wonderful and the pool and work out room was good too. However the train at 5:29 and 6:30 am was not good. It sounded like it was coming through our room and tooted loud and lots so it was hard to get back to sleep!”

“Our room was lovely and had a wonderful little balcony with a pretty view of the park and gardens. The location couldn’t have been more convenient, having the park steps away and just around the corner from Main Street. We had known in advance that the mineral pool was closed so that was understandable but we were not informed that the restaurant on site was closed as well and we were disappointed by this lack of information.”

“Comfortable beds, clean room, nice bathroom, satisfying hot breakfast. Nothing to complain about for this family of five.”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfy, sheets and duvet were clean, no stains or random hair. Big closet with extra bedding for the pull out couch, like any pull out couch not great but that's to be expected.AC worked great and quiet. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, clean, lots of choices. Parking was good. Quiet hotel. Kids enjoyed the pool, pool is pretty deep. Waterslide is good. Hot tub was clean, not scummy, temp was hot and jets worked. Check out was fast and efficient.”

“Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that put a shadow on my stay was the someone had a dog that was barking and whining for a bit. Great staff at the desk, the restaurant and the bar.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“There were swimming lessons happening in the pool. The pool deck was falling apart and the hot tub was filthy. There were many doors and walls in need of repair/paint and our bath tub was patched in the centre but was weak and falling apart. Breakfast had disappointing processed eggs and a machine with instant coffee.”

“Okay as far as this chain of hotels go. Definitely a place to stay in Regina.”
