“The spa pool is wonderful! So relaxing. However, it is not open till 9 a.m. Would be nice for hotel guests only to float before breakfast. Also, do not arrive there much before 4 pm as many trips there and room never ready till 4. And no decaf coffee in restaurant...not good. But meals are pretty good.”

“This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.”

“The room was nice but the beds were very hard, lumpy, and both beds had squeaky springs. Every minor movement made loud creaking and it woke my baby up throughout the night. The pool heater and hottub jets were both broken. The staff were polite but also very pushy for us to purchase their private parkade parking, however we were fine on the street.”
