「The salt water pool area could do with some upgrades wrt seating, flooring, paint. There should be dryers available and more than one elevator. The room was comfortable, bathroom had great hot water. Missed having a microwave in the bedroom as well as more chairs to sit in bedroom.」

「My girlfriend and I had a wonderful stay. The staff were more than accommodating and so friendly. We were really impressed with our room. Everything was nice and clean everything that we needed. I would definitely recommend staying here and I would stay here again.」

「Room was very nice , window faced the indoor beautifull Hawaiian themed pool.The pool has different dip and shallow area comfortable for adults and children. Staff was friendly and helpful. Lots of places to eat around the hotel.」

「Comfortable beds, nice room, liked the pool except there was swimming lessons in the evening and my grandkids were forced to limit where they swam so not to interfere with a lesson, the air conditioner was not working the first day but was fixed by the 2nd night and there was a heat warning for the area so the first night was not that comfortable」

「King suite was great and quite clean, however the Jacuzzi needed a better scrub. Front desk staff was rude, and also did not tell me that there was a parking fee, until I asked why I was charged. Unfortunately they did not tell me that the spa/pool was closed for renovations until after I booked my reservation, but they did give me the option for a free cancelation because of it, as well as this was reflected in the price. 「Friendly staff, easy check in, clean, accommodating. Great restaurant. Staff and food. Within walking distance of stores, movie theatre, park, bridge, trails, Ukrainian museum, churches. 」

「Overall I really enjoyed my stay. The only thing that put a shadow on my stay was the someone had a dog that was barking and whining for a bit. Great staff at the desk, the restaurant and the bar.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「When we were at this hotel there was several sports teams. There were about 20 teenagers playing tag throughout the hotel being very disruptive. When telling the front desk all they said was ya we know. Also when our keys were deactivated they didn’t apologize or explain they just reactivated them.」
