"I have stayed in this property a few times. It is because I like their underground parking which is secured and convenient. I don’t use other facilities because I don’t stay in the hotel most of the time. The only thing that I think the hotel management needs to look at is their room make-up or cleaning staff. Last time I stayed there for 12 nights and I usually left the hotel in the late morning or around noon time. There were two days that my room was not serviced even though I hanged the “make-up room” sign outside my room door. And also there was a time when I asked for more shampoo by writing and leaving a note in the bathroom, but at the end, I didn’t get extra shampoo."
