「Nice」

「Arrived to a friendly welcome, on arrived to my room found a clean and lovely layed out. With the kitchen to the left fridge dishwasher cooker and draws with all you need to wardrobe to the right. On entering to the main part a 4 persons table and chairs , tv and draws two comfortable beds that we sleep well in and charging points for phones and things. Then a bathroom with walk in shower and every thing lovely and clean with a good surply of towels and hair dryer would recommend to any one it...

「Enjoyed our stay. The condo was in great condition and had necessary utensils we needed. We had a 21st floor one bedroom unit (I heard the higher the better). Great views. Check in was smooth until we had to talk to the concierge. We had read the reviews that noted this pushy concierge tactic. Luckily- We ended up spending two minutes with her as we told her that we are members with Hilton Grand Vacations and have no interest in another time-share condo affiliation. 「The building is really old and the room is dirty no cleaning service, the matteress was really hard cannot sleep on there, when we get the there the toilet was broken and towel hanger was broken too And at the LAST they charged me $164 without receipt or without email, i still dont know why This was really terrible experience, never go there again 」

「Absolutely loved our stay at this property! The location was a big part of that. The house is located in a quiet, more residential part of PCB, but also just a stone's throw from the beach, and with a supermarket just around the corner. The place was spotless, the beds super comfy and it had all the amenities we needed for a lovely week at the beach. Definitely recommend this place!」

「The property is in a great location to enjoy all of 30A. The communication from the management company was very good and the check in and access was excellent. The condo was decorated in lovely neutrals and provided for all of my basic needs. I couldn’t get the room to cool down but ai also didn’t contact the manager due to my time restrictions. The building itself is a little dated and could use a touch-up. Overall, this property met my needs for my short stay.」

「Efficient convenience 」

「Cute little place with nice view of the pool and a glimpse of the Gulf water. Everything we needed was within walking distance. I loved having Alys on one side and Rosemary on the other. There are many excellent dinner and cocktail options nearby. If you are solely looking to spend all your time at the beach, this may not be the best choice as the dedicated beach area is very small and crowded (and the weather wasn’t even nice while we were there). I would definitely stay here again.」

「The property was just as described. It was a short walk from the beach and from the Rosemary Beach shops and restaurants. There are also many restaurants and shops just below the property. The communication was excellent, and we enjoyed our weekend. I would stay at a property managed by David again.」
