The upper level houses the main living area, featuring a fully-equipped kitchen that beckons both seasoned chefs and culinary enthusiasts alike. Gather around the spacious dining area to relish mouthwatering meals, or venture into the adjacent secondary living space, complete with a convenient kitchenette and an inviting game room—a hub of entertainment and shared laughter.

On the upper level there is a master suite, graced with a king-sized bed and an en-suite bath, ensuring a private sanctuary. An additional bedroom awaits with a queen bed, complemented by a full bath in the hallway. Journeying to the lower level reveals another master suite, adorned with a king and twin bed configuration, alongside an en-suite bath. A third guest room boasts three twin beds, while a fourth bedroom offers a queen bed—providing ample space for restful repose. A second full bath on this level, strategically positioned near the pool and spiral staircase, ensures optimal convenience for all.

But the pleasures don't stop there. For those who crave aquatic adventures, the dockage becomes a gateway to exploring the stunning waterways of the Florida Keys. Whether you're an avid boater or simply seeking a tranquil spot to enjoy the mesmerizing sunsets, the dockage adds an extra layer of enjoyment to your stay. The property has a large commercial ice machine in the pool area as well as a large bait freezer. 

Whether you're cooking up a feast in the well-appointed kitchen, sharing stories and laughter in the spacious living areas, or simply finding solace in the privacy of your bedroom retreat, the Big Kahuna ensures that every moment of your stay is infused with comfort and delight.

Please note that if you plan on bringing or renting a boat, jet skis or other water crafts, we can only guarantee that one will fit at the dock. Please make sure to confirm the dock size, space for tailer parking and if more than one vessel is allowed. This property will accommodate more than one boat for an additional fee. 

This property is dog friendly, but please review the following guidelines regarding pet approval and fees:

- You must indicate that you are bringing a dog when booking; however, pet fees are never included during the booking process.

- Regardless of whether you book directly with us or through a third party site, all pet fees are added after the reservation is made.

- All dogs must be approved prior to booking, and breed restrictions may apply due to insurance guidelines.

- Pet fees are non-refundable, taxable, and charged per dog, with pricing based on breed and weight. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed.

- This property is dog friendly only—no cats or other animals are permitted.

- Failure to disclose a dog and pay the required pet fee may result in additional charges up to $500 and immediate eviction without refund.
