Paradise in the Keys

Perfect location for our family of six adults get-together! The house was very comfortable and the kitchen was well furnished. We loved the location of #5 After Dune Delight. We had a view of the water from the deck and the pool was secluded and had shade in the afternoon. Any concerns or requests we had were answered promptly and courteously by Susan and Simon…even when we just couldn’t figure out the remotes. Thank you for a wonderful week in Paradise and for one spectacular sunset!!

We had a great time during our stay at After Dune Delight. The house was clean and equipped with anything you would need while on vacations. Susan and Simon were absolutely amazing they were on top of everything and very friendly. I would give them hands down 5 stars. We will be back to visit our new found friends and vacation.

Annual Family Dive Trip

We booked this property the first week of lobster season. It was clean, spacious and located in a great area. The dockage was very convenient. The pool and downstairs area were a great place to congregate after a day of diving. Any concerns or questions were addressed immediately by the onsite staff. We had a super enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this.

Amazing!

We had the best time at Keys Cove #5 this week! It was a great location, private off the road, yet easily accessible for day trips to Key West, the local beaches, and north to Islamorada. House was new, clean, and a/c worked great (we needed after our hot days exploring!) It included everything we needed… beach towels and chairs, etc. We enjoyed the private pool and cornhole. Just a short walk to the community dock with kayaks and paddle boards was amazing, too. Susan, with rental company, was especially helpful as well. We will definitely be back!

Perfect multi-family stay

This property was perfect for our family gathering. We were able to stay together but each have our own space. The beds were comfortable, everything was clean, and the fridge was big enough for all of us to share. Talking to management was easy but not necessary since the house had no issues. Check in and check out were very easy. The porch was a great place to hang in the shade, everyone enjoyed the small but big enough pool, and we all had covered parking. The dock area was beautiful and I wish we could have taken advantage of it but with 105 weather, we weren’t able to. The house is close to everything. It only took minutes to get anywhere on Marathon we wanted to go. We will definitely recommend this property to anyone taking a big group to the Marathon area.

Great time in Marathon

Great property and very convenient to everything. House was very clean and the kids had a great time in pool. The dock made it very easy to hop in the boat and go cruising, fishing and snorkeling.

Michigan and Canada Family time

Charges didn’t add up. Got two different totals. When inquired about it to property manager he said because we went thru a third party, he didn’t have all the information. Will try to verify when we get home. Other than the confusing billing the place was nice other than our pool was in the shade most of the time.

Nice 4 bedroom home

The rental was very clean and conveniently located. Just an hour from Key West. Everything was as listed in rental description except no outdoor TV .The pool was clean, it did not recieve much sun due to the trees/scrubs surrounding it, was heated as advertised. The sand beach area was really nice and my husband enjoyed fishing from the dock.

Beautiful place

We had a wonderful experience. The house was clean, exactly as pictured, a lot of linens. The house was not finished being cleaned until 5:30 and check in should have been 4. I would have been upset except we ran into traffic and arrived just as she was leaving. The owner came on property to check the pool and did not introduce himself before entering the pool area which we thought was unprofessional. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay!

Great break from winter in the Midwest!

Great responsiveness to questions etc. by Jessieca and her team! Had 4 adults and 3 kids there for a week. The private small pool (3.5' to 4.5' deep) right by the house worked out great as it was heated perfectly and in the shade (reduced need for always putting on sunscreen)! It worked fine for the kids ages 4 and 7 to paddle around in (with their parents) as we brought their own appropriately sized life jackets for them to wear. The bedroom with 2 twin beds had its own TV and the 7 yr. and 4 yr. olds thought they were a prince and princess! They could watch TV in their own room. Everyone had a great time! The house worked out great! Loved sitting on the covered porch too!

Central Keys location and close to two nice beaches

Very clean and well stocked kitchen. Management was excellent and very responsive. We didn’t have many issues but when we did they responded immediately and pleasantly. Outside amenities were great—heated pool, grill area and cornhole/sand area. We thoroughly enjoyed. Pleasantly surprised with abundance of towels/beach towels. Only thing we would have liked was extra blankets. Overall, excellent.

Jessica and team were fantastic. The house was clean. We were able to kayak, fish, play corn hole and connect four (outdoor version). The pool was nice and warm. We used every bit of the house and property and really enjoyed it.

Decent location and house with pool

The heated pool was a must being there in January. Also because the pool doesn’t get any sun. To sunbath you’ll have to go to the shared beach area/dock. The kayaks are also shared and located at the dock. You have to request them from your property manager and there’s no guarantee that there will be enough for everyone to use them everyday. But who really wants to kayak everyday? Bahia Honda and sombrero beaches are both a short drive away and great outings. If you must run the dishwasher more than once daily, you’ll need more dishwasher tabs than the amount allotted. You’ll probably need more toilet paper and paper towels too. The pots and pans are useable but somewhat difficult; they are warped and small. The bare necessities are provided in the kitchen. No pitcher to make drinks for everyone. No outdoor place settings. There were extra bed pillows but no pillowcases. There was one extra blanket. There were plenty of bath linens and we only had to wash the beach towels twice. There’s nothing crazy wrong with it. Just the price of the Keys. Also, the houses are very close together so hopefully you don’t get stuck next to a party house.

Great Time

We had a great time. It was perfect size for a big family. Kid friendly and it was very clean inside and out. The downstairs pool area had a grill and perfect sized private pool with a bunch of pool toys for the kids. Overall great stay.

Keys Cove #5 great

We just returned from our week stay at Keys Cove #5 and miss it already. The property was perfect for our needs. We liked the location of this specific unit, as it’s the closest non-waterview unit to the dock area and has a small view of the gulf from the deck. The unit itself had all the essentials for our family to cook meals. We were surprised to see how many place settings were available. We were a total of 7 and had plenty of plates & utensils that we didn’t have to wash them after each meal. In other places we’ve stayed, that’s not the case. One of the best features (for summer months) is the chilled pool!! It’s so refreshing when coming back from a day out on the boat!! Our family has already discussed staying here again and would definitely recommend.
