The Space:
Our condo offers some comforts of home with a well-equipped kitchen featuring a range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and essential cookware, plus a cozy breakfast nook for casual meals. The dining area seats six and flows into the living room, complete with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, recliner, large-screen TV, DVD player, and complimentary Wi-Fi, perfect for unwinding after a day on the water. Step out onto the furnished balcony, accessible from both the living room and main bedroom, and take in the island breeze.
The main bedroom suite features a king bed, private en-suite bath, and balcony access. The guest bedroom includes two twin beds and shares a second full bath with the main living area. For added convenience, there’s an in-unit washer and dryer, ideal for longer stays or beach-heavy days.
Guest Access:
Marathon Key Beach Club features one of the largest pools in the area and shares amenities with Banana Bay Resort, including access to boat slips and trailer parking (arranged through the dock master). Guests have full use of the condo and resort facilities for relaxation and recreation.
